Full Job Description below: Job Overview: This leader will be responsible for 15 / 20 team members within the area of Accounts Receivable and specifically Credit and Collections. The role is focused on driving improvement in working capital and specifically improving the cash collection process and days sales outstanding (DSO). In addition, this role will focus on the transformation of the business process through automation and process improvements. Job Responsibilities to include:

  • Managing a team of 15 / 20 Accounts Receivable specialist
  • Driving continuous improvement through process re-design and automation
  • Developing and driving improvements in key metrics to include; cash collections, DSO and overall Accounts Receivable aging improvement
  • Working closely with business partners to include Sales, Service and Call Center Operations

Qualifications:

  • Degree preferred
  • High proficiency in MS Suite, with a focus in MS Excel
  • Experience in Customer Service / Call Center Operations
  • Strong verbal and written communication
