With 24/7 access to Balanced Body Allegro II reformers, instructor-led classes, iPad-guided sessions, and recovery amenities like a red-light sauna, we’ve created an elevated, one-of-a-kind Pilates experience in Clearwater and Carrollwood Florida.
The Role
We’re looking for passionate, high-energy Pilates instructors to join our team. If you love creating fun, effective classes, inspiring clients, and working in a supportive community of women, this is the perfect place for you.

Responsibilities
- Lead dynamic, safe, and engaging group reformer Pilates classes
- Provide individualized attention to clients of all levels
- Help foster a welcoming and supportive community atmosphere
- Represent the My Pilates 24/7 brand with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Collaborate in fun events, promotions, or themed class series
Qualifications
- Certified Pilates Instructor (Mat and/or Reformer)
- Experience teaching reformer-based classes preferred
- Strong communication and motivational skills
- Positive, uplifting, and community-oriented personality
- Excited to bring creativity and variety to every class
