Responsibilities:
As a Barber at Hammer & Nails, you are responsible for delivering premium grooming services in a relaxed, upscale environment tailored specifically for men. Your core duties include:
- Providing high-quality barbering services such as haircuts, shaves, beard trims, and scalp/face treatments, following Hammer & Nails service standards (training provided).
- Creating a personalized client experience by consulting with each guest, understanding their preferences, and recommending services or products to enhance their grooming routine.
- Maintaining a clean and professional workstation that reflects the Hammer & Nails brand, including proper sanitation of tools and adherence to health and safety guidelines.
- Building and retaining clientele through excellent service, consistent results, and strong interpersonal skills that foster trust and loyalty.
- Collaborating with team members to support a positive and professional shop culture while meeting or exceeding performance goals.
- Staying current on grooming trends and techniques to ensure clients receive modern, stylish, and relevant services.

What You Bring:
✅ A current Barber License is required. Having a Cosmetology or Full Specialist License is a BIG plus.
