A well-established Support Coordination Company is looking for individuals to work as a Waiver Support Coordinators (Case Managers) in the Naples / Collier County Florida area. The company supports the mission of the State of Florida Agency for Persons with Disabilities(APD). The position allows for a highly flexible work schedule as the WSC works primarily from home and manages their own schedule. This position is ideal for a self-starter. The pay is competitively based on the number of clients supported and the atmosphere is very team-oriented.

The candidate must have a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university. They must also have at least two years of paid, supervised experience in developmental disabilities, special education, mental health, counseling, guidance, social work, or health and rehabilitative services. A Master's degree in a related field can substitute for one year of the required experience.

Current state certification preferred but not required.
