About the Role

We are seeking a high-performing Medspa Sales Consultant to join our growing team. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for clients and play a key part in helping them discover customized aesthetic and wellness solutions. This position requires a confident, sales-driven professional who delivers an exceptional client experience while achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Client Experience

  • Greet and check in clients with professionalism and warmth
  • Respond promptly to phone, email, and online inquiries
  • Ensure a luxury, personalized experience for every client
  • Maintain a pristine and inviting reception area

Sales & Consultations

  • Conduct consultations and guide clients to appropriate treatments and products
  • Actively promote services, packages, and skincare products
  • Upsell and cross-sell to increase client value and satisfaction
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales goals

Client Retention

  • Build and nurture strong client relationships
  • Follow up to encourage rebooking and program participation
  • Recommend services based on client history and seasonal needs

Administrative Tasks

  • Handle bookings, payment processing, and client record management
  • Ensure data privacy and compliance with spa protocols
  • Assist with inventory checks and supply orders

Team Support

  • Collaborate with management and service providers to ensure smooth operations
  • Contribute to marketing promotions, events, and client appreciation activities
  • Participate in ongoing training and development

Requirements

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience in a medspa, aesthetics, or wellness setting (Required)
  • Strong sales and customer service skills in a high-touch, consultative environment
  • Reliable daily commute to the Miami location
  • Availability for occasional weekend shifts or events
  • Excellent time management, organization, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of skincare, wellness, or aesthetic treatments
  • Familiarity with booking and POS systems (e.g., Vagaro, Mindbody, or similar)
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
