- Job Title: Finance Specialist – Savings & Membership
- Location: Pensacola, Florida
- Pay: $16.00/hr
- Job Type: 6 month contract
- Start Date: 08/18/2025
- Shift Dates/Times: Hybrid; Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. CST
- Benefits: Health, Vision, Dental, 401k
Job Description: To research, process, and resolve Certificate, Individual retirement Arrangement (IRA), and Payable on Death (POD) requests from members, contact center, and branch. Identify suspicious or fraudulent activity, place holds, and report/provide necessary documentation for review.
Qualifications:
- HS Diploma / GED
- Previous experience processing documents; preferably in a banking/insurance role
- Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Effective skill exercising initiative and using good judgment to make sound decisions
- Ability to effectively navigate multiple screens and PC applications
