About the Role
Personal Lines CSR job openings for insurance professionals skilled in client service, inside sales, and retention for homeowners and auto policies. This is with one of Florida’s largest insurance agencies, which is also part of a nationwide network of insurance firms.
Duties & Responsibilities
Keys to your successinclude:
- Ability to quickly process policy changes, additions, billing, claims status and renewals
- Maintain and update coverage summaries, prepare binders and ensure accuracy of new policies prior to client delivery
- Assist with account rounding by making recommendations to current clients that will update and enhance their policies
Skills & Experience
- 2+ years of insurance experience servicing personal lines policies (home and auto)
- Active Florida 20-44 or 2-20 insurance license is required
