Overview:
We are hiring reliable and hard-working General Laborers for immediate opportunities in St. Augustine, FL. This role involves supporting construction and production operations in both residential and commercial environments. Candidates must be safety-conscious, physically capable of performing manual labor, and willing to work outdoors in varying conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist skilled trades personnel on job sites
- Perform site clean-up and debris removal
- Load, unload, and organize materials and tools
- Operate basic hand and power tools under supervision
- Follow safety guidelines and company protocols
- Assist with setup and breakdown of work areas
- Perform other general labor duties as assigned
Required Skills:
- Strong work ethic and dependability
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly
- Willingness to work outdoors and in various environments
- Basic knowledge of hand and power tools
- Ability to follow verbal instructions and safety regulations
Required Experience:
- Prior experience in construction or general labor preferred but not required
- OSHA certification is a plus
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work sites
