Lighthouse Lab Services is partnering with a growing organization in Miami, FL to hire an experienced Bookkeeper. This is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented financial professional with a background in healthcare, clinical, or scientific environments.
Please note: We are only considering candidates currently located in the Miami area. No relocation assistance is available.
Key Responsibilities:

Record daily financial transactions and maintain accurate financial records

Manage accounts payable and receivable processes

Reconcile bank and credit card statements regularly

Maintain and update the general ledger

Support monthly and year-end financial close processes

Collaborate with leadership on budgeting, reporting, and vendor communications
Qualifications:

At least 5 years of bookkeeping experience

Background in a medical office, clinical lab, scientific research, or adjacent industry preferred

Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel (formulas required)

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to quickly learn internal systems and vendor relationships

Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required
