Our boutique law firm client is seeking an Experienced Litigation Attorney with at least 1 year of experience in commercial litigation, construction law, or community association law. This is a great opportunity to join a dynamic and collaborative legal team with flexibility for hybrid or remote work for the right candidate. Our client is looking for associates, counsel or partner level attorneys. Partner level attorneys will preferably have a portable book of business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle all phases of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, motions, hearings, and trial preparation

• Represent clients in commercial, construction-related, and association law matters

• Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and develop case strategies

• Collaborate with clients, colleagues, and experts to effectively manage cases

• Participate in negotiations, mediations, and other forms of dispute resolution

Qualifications:

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active Florida Bar membership

• Minimum of 1 year of litigation experience (commercial, construction, or association law preferred)

• Strong analytical, writing, and oral advocacy skills

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases effectively

• Excellent client service and communication skills

Work Environment:

• Position based in Miami, FL
