Are you passionate about theatre and mentorship? Do you have a knack for connecting with teens and guiding them to stretch, take risks, and grow in both skill and confidence? We’re looking for a dedicated theatre professional to lead our Drama Kids Acting Academy classes for middle and high school students. This is a part-time opportunity to make a real impact on the next generation of performers—through challenge, trust, and creative exploration.
Part-time hours between 2-4PM (2–3 days/week)
Competitive hourly pay
Classes held in local community spaces
About the Role: You’ll be teaching acting skills in a supportive, ensemble-based environment. This is not about casting stars—it’s about giving teens the tools to express themselves, take creative risks, and grow as confident, collaborative performers.
We’re Looking for Someone Who:
• Has a strong background in theatre (degree preferred)
• Understands how to challenge and empower teens in a safe, creative space
• Can build trust and foster ensemble culture
• Is a clear communicator, strong director, and positive mentor
• Is punctual, reliable, and organized
