Superhero Kiddos is hiring immediately for a Full-Time Board Certified Behavior Analyst in Miami area (Gardens, Lakes, NMB, Aventura) where you can provide supervision to RBT. Join us in empowering families through evidence-based, quality treatment!

Settings: home, school, center

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification
• Master's Degree in Psychology, Child Development, Applied Behavior Analysis, or related degree
• Strong collaborative, organizational, leadership and interpersonal skills
• Caregiver consultation and training on behavior and child development
• Supervision, program management and training
• Commitment to cultural competency in a diverse and inclusive work environment
• Valid FL. driver's license and reliable transportation

Responsibilities:

• Provide supervision across home, school and community settings
• Provide clinical direction, training and support to RBT's
• Conduct FBA's and parent/caregiver education and training
• Develop assessment and treatment plan reports
• Collect behavioral data, complete daily clinical notes and case management
• Manage and update client programs
