  • Answer phone calls and forward them to the appropriate department when necessary.
  • Manage gate access for all associations.
  • Process applications for property sales and leases.
  • Schedule conference room usage for CAMs and ensure the calendar is up-to-date.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail efficiently.
  • Provide assistance to homeowners with basic information inquiries.
  • Maintain accurate and organized files for easy reference.
  • Manage and update spreadsheets for property applications.
  • Ensure parking records are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Provide miscellaneous administrative support to CAMs and Admins as needed.
  • Perform any additional duties within the scope of HOA Receptionist and as assigned by the manager.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED Equivalent.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial record-keeping.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact professionally with homeowners and stakeholders.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
