- Answer phone calls and forward them to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Manage gate access for all associations.
- Process applications for property sales and leases.
- Schedule conference room usage for CAMs and ensure the calendar is up-to-date.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail efficiently.
- Provide assistance to homeowners with basic information inquiries.
- Maintain accurate and organized files for easy reference.
- Manage and update spreadsheets for property applications.
- Ensure parking records are accurate and up-to-date.
- Provide miscellaneous administrative support to CAMs and Admins as needed.
- Perform any additional duties within the scope of HOA Receptionist and as assigned by the manager.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED Equivalent.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial record-keeping.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact professionally with homeowners and stakeholders.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
