Customer Service Representative (English or Bilingual)

Location: On-site in Ocala, FL
Pay: $17/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts between 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM

What You’ll Do:
• Handle inbound calls and make outbound reminder calls
• Assist borrowers and verify account information
• ️ Maintain accurate records and complete administrative tasks
• Deliver scripts and follow call protocols

✅ What We’re Looking For:
• Fluent in English; Spanish bilingual is a plus
• 1+ years of call center experience
• Comfortable using CRM tools (must have basic CRM knowledge)
• Experience with inbound and outbound calls & comfortable with math
• Must pass drug screening and background checks
