Job DescriptionOverview:
This position involves completing daily tasks (Monday-Friday - daytime hours), within the outbound marketing customer relationship management CRM, with the intention of booking sales meetings for the sales team. The Appointment Setter is responsible for completing all tasks listed in the Inbox, on the day that the tasks are due, following the process laid out in the prospecting training SOP. Tasks include outbound dialing through, sending text messages, sending Facebook/Instagram/LinkedIn messages, and marking the tasks complete in the CRM. This position is also required to complete the weekly progress report every Friday. Hourly rate offered plus commission.

Responsibilities


  • Daily Outbound Prospecting: Complete all (CRM) tasks for Text, Facebook Message, and Contact Form Submission each workday.
  • CRM Updates: Mark completed tasks as done to remove them from the inbox.
  • Weekly Reporting: Submit an accurate weekly progress report by 9 PM EST every Friday.

Expected Results


  • Book at least 5 qualified meetings per week for the sales team.
  • Follow up on leads assigned by the sales team.
  • Complete 100% of CRM tasks daily.
  • Present and position all three solutions: Recruiting, Premium Posting, and Virtual Trade School (VTS).

Requirements


  • Basic understanding of (CRM) functions per the training manual.
  • Clear communication, notify your Manager immediately if issues arise.
  • Strong time management and accuracy in completing tasks and weekly reports.

Compensation


  • $15 USD/hour, paid biweekly on Fridays.
  • 90-day probationary period with option to move to 100% commission afterward.
  • Monthly bonuses based on activity and results.
  • Total potential compensation: $31,200 $75,000 annually.
