Seeking an EXPERIENCED Bookkeeper
- Must have extensive experience with financial statements, bank reconciliation, and general bookkeeping.
- Must be able to establish a charge of accounts, maintain subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating and posting transactions, balances, as well as reconciling entries, recording all financial transactions, posting debits, credits and invoices.
- Can handle the full cycle of accounting duties including receivables, payables, collections and billing, multi-bank reconciliations and record-keeping, detailed analysis and preparation of reports.
- The successful candidate must be highly organized, excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, analytical and be able to multi-task and complete projects timely. Must be able to work under pressure.
- Knowledge and Proficiency in Quickbooks and Excel required, and at least 4 years of experience as a bookkeeper.
The hours are Monday through Friday, 9 am – 5 pm. Located in Lake Park in North Palm Beach.
