Ready to start ASAP and have HVAC experience? This is the job for you!
We’re hiring an HVAC Technician to maintain and repair HVAC systems, including boilers, chillers, and rooftop units. You’ll also work with building automation systems and PLCs to ensure everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and repair HVAC systems
- Troubleshoot building automation systems
- Monitor and adjust HVAC settings using management software
- Perform inspections and preventive maintenance
- Operate rooftop units and refrigeration equipment
- Ensure EPA and safety compliance
Skills:
- HVAC troubleshooting and maintenance
- Boiler and chiller experience
- Familiarity with automation systems and PLCs
- Knowledge of building management software
Location:
Merritt Island, FL
Pay / Shift:
Pay based on experience
Mon–Thurs | 1st Shift: 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Additional Skills & Qualifications
- EPA certification is preferred.
- Experience with PLC control systems.

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.
