Position: Executive Chef – Banquet & Catering Focus
Employment Type: Full-time
Location: Hospitality property with dining and event facilities
Overview:
A dedicated and experienced Executive Chef is sought to lead culinary operations across a dynamic food and beverage environment, with a strong focus on banquet and catering services. The successful candidate will report directly to the General Manager and play a key role in delivering exceptional dining and event experiences.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring quality, consistency, and presentation of all dishes

Lead and manage the culinary team: 4 cooks, 1 chef de partie, and 3 stewards

Develop menus and execute service for banquets and catering events, including:

Main Ballroom (up to 250 guests)

Board Room (up to 10 guests)

Side Room (up to 50 guests)

Maintain food safety and sanitation standards at all times

Collaborate with the General Manager to support overall F&B goals and guest satisfaction

Work closely with event planners and service staff to tailor menus and service for special occasions

Assist in preparing for the launch of the Pool Bar outlet (activation scheduled soon)

Monitor inventory, manage food cost controls, and ensure optimal kitchen operations
Qualifications & Requirements:

Proven experience in banquet and catering services, preferably in a leadership role

Strong organizational and communication skills

Ability to manage high-volume events and maintain fine-dining quality

Availability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
