About the Role:
A privately held real estate investment firm is seeking a highly motivated Acquisition Analyst to join its growing team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with senior leadership on sourcing, underwriting, and executing real estate acquisitions across retail and multifamily asset classes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct financial modeling and valuation analysis for potential acquisitions
- Assist in market research, due diligence, and investment memos
- Support deal structuring and transaction execution
- Monitor industry trends and identify new investment opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to drive deal flow
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in real estate acquisitions
- Strong understanding of retail and multifamily asset classes
- Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling
- Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or related field
