Salary: $15 - $18/hour
We Are Hiring Pharmaceutical Machine Operators For a company in the pharmaceutical/nutraceutical industry. The ideal candidate will have experience operating machinery in the manufacturing of vitamins and supplements.
Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Set up machines for production</li>
<li>Feed the machine with the appropriate powder</li>
<li>Verify proper release of capsules</li>
<li>Monitor weight variations and recover powder from vacuum systems</li>
<li>Supply raw materials (powder and capsules) as needed</li>
<li>Complete batch records accurately and on time</li>
<li>Keep the work area clean and in compliance with safety standards</li>
</ul>
Requirements:
<ul>
<li>High school diploma or equivalent</li>
<li>Attention to detail and basic math skills</li>
<li>Previous experience in pharmaceutical/nutraceutical manufacturing (preferred)</li>
<li>Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred</li>
<li>Ability to stand, bend, lift, push, and move drums weighing 50 to 100 kg with assistance</li>
<li>Able to use ladders when necessary</li>
