Job DescriptionSalary:
Job Purpose: The Patient Marketing & Community Engagement Manager will lead efforts to attract and serve women who are considering abortion, through strategic marketing and community outreach. This role is responsible for all client-facing marketing initiatives and collaborates with third-party vendors and local partners to strengthen our referral network. This position also supports event planning and administrative tracking related to outreach and client engagement.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Patient Marketing & Outreach
- Develop and implement strategic marketing campaigns targeting abortion-determined women.
- Manage the patient-facing website, ensuring content is accurate, inviting, and optimized for user experience and search engines.
- Oversee patient-focused social media platforms, using compelling content to educate, engage, and build trust.
- Work with third-party marketing vendors to improve campaign performance and maximize reach.
- Develop brochures, signage, and outreach materials to support walk-in traffic and community awareness.
Community Engagement (Patient-Focused)
- Build relationships with schools, clinics, pregnancy test providers, and other organizations to increase patient referrals.
- Represent the organization at local events or community health fairs to raise awareness about services.
- Track outreach efforts and maintain contact lists for referral partners.
Event Planning & Record Keeping
- Support planning and execution of events related to patient engagement (e.g., baby showers, awareness campaigns).
- Capture and organize outreach data, marketing metrics, and event outcomes for reporting purposes.
- Maintain a shared marketing calendar and keep outreach records current in collaboration with leadership.
Skills & Qualifications
- A committed Christian who demonstrates a personal relationship with Jesus Christ and upholds the organizations mission and values.
- Experience with digital marketing, social media management, and content creation.
- Strong writing, design, and communication skills (experience with Canva, WordPress, or email tools a plus).
- Self-motivated and organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Previous experience in healthcare, community engagement, or client services preferred.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
- A bachelors degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred but not required.
