PrideStaff is seeking a fun and responsible Administrative Assistant to work Part-Time for one of the most well-known companies in the Broward County area; well known for planning some of the most extravagant local events. The Administrative assistant would be responsible for the coordination and planning of events, customer and vendor relationship management, logistics, and advertising/marketing.

Hours: Part Time - Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 9 am-5 pm
May require additional hours during peak seasons

Administrative Assistant Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming telephone calls
  • Schedule customer appointments
  • Plan and coordinate company events
  • Work with other departments to maintain vendor and customer records and create proposals
  • Excellent oral and written communication
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, Excel, and Word
  • Schedule flexibility
  • Positive communication skills
  • Maintain high organization and time management
  • Fast-paced environments with high degree of multi-tasking skills
  • Handle confidential information
  • Able to work overtime during peak seasons
  • Passionate about providing top-notch customer service

Administrative Assistant Job Requirements:

  • Must have at 2 years of work experience, preferably in a customer service/ Administrative environment, or possess a customer service background
  • Education High School Diploma or Equivalent Required Experience
  • Ability to develop and maintain great work with colleagues and customers
  • Ability to work in a team environment to deliver customer-focused services
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Suite, Excel, and Word and PowerPoint

Must be willing to submit to a background check and a drug screen
