Apartment Maintenance Technician

Certified Apartment Staffing is currently hiring an experienced Apartment Maintenance Technician for a community in the Oldsmar, FL area. We are seeking a dependable, hardworking, and motivated candidate with prior apartment maintenance experience who is ready to join a fast-paced property management team.
Position Responsibilities
- Complete daily work orders and resident maintenance requests in a timely manner
- Perform general maintenance including plumbing, electrical, drywall, appliance repair, painting, and carpentry
- Assist with apartment turns/make-readies
- Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems when applicable
- Maintain the overall appearance and functionality of the property
- Conduct preventative maintenance and property inspections
- Ensure all work is completed safely and professionally
- Assist with emergency maintenance calls as needed
Requirements
- MUST have prior apartment maintenance experience
- Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, and general maintenance
- HVAC certification is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Reliable transportation required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in various weather conditions
