Position Summary
We are seeking a knowledgeable and client-focused Commercial Insurance Account Manager with expertise in Commercial Property & Casualty. This individual will play a key role in servicing and growing our book of business by providing exceptional client support, ensuring smooth policy management, and collaborating closely with producers and carriers.
Key Responsibilities

Partner with producers to manage new and renewal business opportunities

Provide high-quality service to commercial clients across various industries

Conduct thorough policy renewals, coverage evaluations, and risk assessments

Process policy changes, endorsements, certificates, and documentation accurately and efficiently

Develop and maintain strong relationships with both clients and insurance carriers

Advocate for the best coverage and pricing options to meet client needs

Stay informed on industry regulations, market changes, and coverage trends
Qualifications

Active Florida 440 or 220 Insurance License (Required – or 440 with willingness to obtain 220 within 3 months)

3–5 years of experience in Commercial Property & Casualty account management

Strong understanding of commercial insurance lines, policy structure, and carrier requirements

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and agency management systems (preferably Applied Epic)

Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
