Job Details:

• Work 5x8 hour shifts, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
\n• Daily caseload of 15-25 cases per technologist
\n• On-call duties required as needed
\n• Weekend coverage to be discussed during interview if applicable
\n• Guaranteed hours apply after the first call off per pay period
\n• Must have minimum 1 year of experience (first-timers accepted)
\n• Required certifications: BLS, ARRT, ARRT advanced certifications, Florida license
\n• Siemens scanner experience required
\n• Must be proficient in stents, ablations, angioplasty, angiograms, nephrograms, kyphoplasty, peripherals, biopsies, drainages
\n• Experience required with upper and lower extremities, abdominal and pelvic procedures, genitourinary studies, vascular studies, venous access, neurological studies
\n• Skills required: PACS, portables, contrast, biopsies
\n• Work setting experience required: outpatient, inpatient, operating room, ER, community hospital, NICU, adult ICU
\n• Cerner EMR experience preferred
\n• Scrub colors: Navy blue, burgundy, or khaki
\n• Handle neuro procedures including stroke, coilings, flow diverters, cerebrals, kyphos, biopsies, and pain management
\n• Perform IR procedures including angios, embos, veograms, IVC filters, G & J tubes, vascular lines, nephro and biliary cases
\n• Must be willing to be a team player

This is a 599-bed short-term acute care teaching hospital that provides comprehensive interventional radiology and neurointerventional services. The facility features 4 procedure rooms and maintains advanced imaging technology including Siemens scanners. The interventional radiology department handles a diverse range of procedures from routine angiograms to complex neurological interventions, serving both adult and geriatric patient populations with a focus on quality patient care and advanced medical technology.
