Overview
Seeking an experienced Civil Project Manager to lead and deliver high-quality land development and infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with client management and team leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management
-
Implement company-wide project management policies and procedures.

Develop project scopes and negotiate fees for successful execution.

Plan and lead project tasks to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery.

Manage project scope and identify opportunities for additional services.
-
Maintain strong client relationships and achieve high client satisfaction.
-
Coordinate with accounting to ensure accurate and timely invoicing and assist with collections when necessary.
Engineering
-
Serve as Engineer of Record as required.

Develop sound engineering solutions that meet client needs safely and efficiently.

Implement and maintain quality control standards throughout project delivery.
Business Development
-
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing and past clients.

Identify new business opportunities through client engagement and networking.
-
Participate in professional associations and contribute to thought leadership initiatives.

Lead or support proposal development, including strategy, technical content, and presentations.
Experience & Requirements
-
10+ years of experience in land development projects (preferred).
-
Permitting experience in Miami-Dade required; Broward and West Palm Beach experience is a plus.

Water and sewer utility experience is highly desirable.

Proven ability to manage complex projects from concept to completion.
Education & Credentials

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (required).

Professional Engineer (P.E.) License (required).
