Your Impact

  • Lead and inspire a team of Regional Vice Presidents who oversee multi-property operations, driving consistency, efficiency, and adherence to Vacatia’s brand standards.

  • Align regional strategies with corporate goals, ensuring operational excellence, financial performance, and guest satisfaction at every property.

  • Oversee financial performance across the region, including budgets, forecasts, and capital plans, while identifying opportunities for growth and innovation.

  • Establish and enforce consistent processes that promote operational excellence, sustainability, and brand integrity across all resorts.

  • Partner with Talent Acquisition and HR to identify, hire, and develop top internal and external talent, building a robust leadership pipeline for future growth.

  • Ensure exceptional guest and owner experiences by addressing escalated concerns and collaborating with Owner Services to drive loyalty and satisfaction.

  • Maintain the highest standards of safety, legal compliance, and operational readiness through regular reviews, audits, and property visits.

What You Bring

  • Minimum of 15 years of progressive hospitality leadership experience, including senior regional or corporate roles overseeing multiple resorts or districts.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).

  • Proven track record of driving operational, financial, and guest satisfaction results in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

  • Deep experience in timeshare, vacation ownership, or mixed-use resort environments (strongly preferred).

  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire, influence, and build collaborative teams.

  • Strong financial acumen, including experience managing large P&L statements, budgets, and forecasts.

  • Ability to travel up to 60% within the assigned region(s).

  • Strategic thinker with hands-on operational expertise and the ability to adapt to evolving industry trends.
