Signature Perinatal Center is a premier Maternal Fetal Medicine practice in Fort Lauderdale committed to delivering exceptional care to both low- and high-risk pregnancies and we are looking for a sonographer to join our team. Services include:
- Detailed anatomy
- Nuchal translucency
- Growth ultrasounds
- Fetal echocardiogram
- Doppler studies
- Biophysical profiles
- Transvaginal ultrasound
- Diagnostic testing: Amniocentesis & Chorionic Villous Sampling

What You'll Do:
- Manage daily operations of the sonographic exam room and patient schedules ensuring a smooth workflow.
- Review patient history and referrals to ensure comprehensive and accurate perinatal ultrasound evaluations.
- Perform diagnostic ultrasound procedures, capturing high-quality images, and documenting findings for physician interpretation.
- Assist physicians with invasive procedures as needed.
- Analyze sonographic findings in real-time to ensure accuracy and completeness of exams.
- Evaluate image quality and prepare preliminary ultrasound reports with attention to detail.
- Maintain and stock the ultrasound room, ensuring equipment readiness and a clean, organized environment.
What We’re Looking For:
- Completion of formal ultrasound training or educational program.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Perinatology/MFM Sonographer.
- Strong knowledge of fetal conditions, anomalies, and high-risk maternal factors.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Certifications:
- ARDMS certification (Required)
- Nuchal Translucency certification (Preferred)
- Fetal Echo certification (Preferred)
Requirements:
- Associate degree (Preferred)
- Ability to relocate to Fort Lauderdale, FL 33308 before starting.

Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour
