We’ve built a process that simplifies legal solutions for clients, and we’re looking for a Managing Attorney to lead our client engagement team.

This role is ideal for an experienced attorney who:

You’ll focus primarily on consultations, sales, and client relationship management, while mentoring our legal team on process and delivery.


Role SummaryThis is not a back-office role. As Managing Attorney, you’ll lead our client consultations and closing process, guiding prospective clients through estate planning, probate, and trust administration decisions with empathy and clarity. About 80% of your time will be in sales conversations, helping families choose the right path forward. The remaining 20% will focus on team leadership, mentoring our attorneys and helping refine service delivery across estate planning, probate, and trust administration matters.

Key Responsibilities· Lead initial client consultations—guide prospective clients to understand their estate planning, probate, and trust administration needs and choose the right solution· Convert qualified leads into happy clients through a goal-focused, value-driven sales process· Oversee and mentor the attorney team on probate, trust administration, and estate planning service delivery· Collaborate with firm leadership to improve client onboarding, retention, and satisfaction· Maintain high closing rates and meet client engagement KPIs across estate planning and post- death administration services· Provide legal oversight on select complex matters when needed (minimal drafting required)


Qualifications· Active Florida Bar license (required)· Minimum 5–7 years of legal practice· At least 2 years of estate planning experience required· Probate and trust administration experience preferred· Strong consultative sales skills—previous experience in legal sales or client-facing roles is highly preferred· Leadership or management experience in a legal setting· Confident in guiding client decision-making in a compassionate, educational way· Excellent communication, emotional intelligence, and listening skills· High personal integrity—you’ll be helping families with life’s most important decisions

Compensation:$100,000–$150,000 base salary, plus performance bonuses; total compensation commensurate with experience and results
