• Responsibilities:
  - Assist the Physical Therapist in implementing individualized treatment plans for pediatric patients.
  - Provide hands-on therapy to children with developmental, neurological, and orthopedic conditions.
  - Monitor and document patient progress, ensuring goals are met.
  - Collaborate with the Physical Therapist, families, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
  - Maintain a safe and supportive environment for patients during therapy sessions.
• Requirements:
  - Valid Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license in the state of Florida.
  - Minimum of 1 year of experience in pediatric physical therapy.
  - CPR Certification (current).
  - Strong understanding of pediatric developmental milestones and conditions.
  - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  - Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with children with special needs.
- Knowledge of adaptive equipment and therapeutic techniques for pediatric patients.
