Tablet Press - Machine Operator

Our Client is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Tablet Press - Machine Operator to join their production team in Miami Gardens, FL. If you have hands-on experience operating tablet press or capsule filling machines and thrive in a fast-paced, regulated environment, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:

Set up, operate, and monitor rotary tablet press machines in compliance with SOPs and batch records

Adjust machine settings to ensure tablet quality (weight, thickness, hardness)

Perform cleaning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of equipment

Accurately document production activity, inspections, and any deviations
-
Follow cGMP guidelines, safety protocols, and cleanroom procedures

Assist with production changeovers and support cleaning validation processes

Work closely with production and quality teams to meet manufacturing targets
Qualifications:
-
High school diploma or equivalent (technical training a plus)

Minimum 1 year of experience with tablet press or capsule filling machines
-
Valid Pharmacy Technician license required

Familiar with cGMP regulations and cleanroom operations

Mechanical aptitude and strong attention to detail

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain standing for long periods

Excellent communication and teamwork skills
