inkIQ is the first AI operating system for print shops. We help screen printers, embroidery shops, and promotional product distributors automate quoting, order management, and customer communication — saving the average shop over $100,000 a year in wasted time and labor.
We’re rebuilding the back end of a $50B industry and we’re looking for hungry, confident people to help us do it.
As a Sales Representative (Cold Caller), you’ll be on the front line driving adoption of inkIQ. We’ll give you high-quality, targeted leads every day. Your job is to pick up the phone, make the calls, and book demo meetings with decision makers. If you can sell, you’ll thrive here.
This is a 100% commission role. Training and support are provided, but your success will come from how hard you push and how fast you move.
Responsibilities
- Make a minimum of 100 outbound calls per day (we provide the leads).
- Speak directly with print shop owners and distributors about inkIQ.
- Book demo calls for our senior team.
- Hit daily and weekly targets with consistency.
- Stay sharp, coachable, and always improving.
Requirements
- Fluent in English with clear communication skills.
- Confident, well-spoken, and comfortable on the phone.
- Competitive and goal-driven with a strong work ethic.
- Prior cold-calling or sales experience is a plus, but not required.
- Must be comfortable working fully commission-based.
Compensation
Commission-based, with top performers earning between USD $70,000 and $470,000 per year depending on results.
To remain on the team, sales reps must maintain minimum performance equal to $70,000 in annualized commissions.
