Responsibilities

Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally

Provide exceptional customer service, resolving client concerns and ensuring satisfaction

Accurately input and update customer information in the CRM

Maintain strong knowledge of our services and remodeling options

Follow communication scripts and guidelines for consistent service

Handle escalations or complaints with empathy and a solutions-first mindset

Make outbound calls to support current and potential customers as needed

Collaborate with internal teams to achieve company goals

Perform additional administrative or customer support duties as assigned
Requirements

Fluent in English, both written and verbal (bilingual candidates encouraged to apply)
