We are seeking a Head Chef and daily Cook seeking an entrepreneurial opportunity to operate a steak house ghost kitchen in Miami where you will create and own the menu, lead and train the kitchen team, manage inventory, food costs, kitchen ops and cook daily on the line.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day culinary operations
  • Coordinate food and kitchenware orders
  • Check freshness and quality of ingredients
  • Assist in the development of menu items
  • Standardize recipes and plate presentations

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience cooking in high volume establishment
  • Knowledge of cost and labor systems
  • Passion for food and cooking techniques
  • Strong leadership qualities
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience at a former steak house or fine dining establishment
  • Being able to prep/cook and send out 50-100 dishes a night
