The Data Coordinator enhances the effectiveness of the forensics department by providing a thorough assessment of new assignments, building background research, and coordinating with other departments to ensure efficiency in workflow.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS, DUTIES, AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Primary administrator and manager of all client portals.
- Maintains a thorough understanding of the specific requirements of each client within the portal, obtains background information, and builds project files.
- Monitors and updates web-based portals.
- Develops and leads training plans for new portals and updates within existing portals.
- Files e-documents.
- Liaison between administrative and business development teams regarding incomplete data and unresponsive clients.
- Ensures client contact information is correct and identifies escalation processes within the carrier/client for unresponsive adjusters.
- Proactively and effectively connects with adjusters to capture project details and scope.
- Collaborates directly with other department leaders in order to meet objectives.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
