Qualifications

Be the Kind of Hemodialysis Nurse You Want to Be - All in One Location Your role involves: 
<ul>
<li>Providing direct patient care to inpatients in need of hemodialysis.</li>
<li>Providing direct patient care to inpatients in need of hemodialysis. Supervising care and treatments, conducting patient assessments, creating personalized care plans, and addressing patient concerns.</li>
<li>Building rewarding relationships with patients by understanding their physical, mental, and emotional needs to aid in their recovery.</li>
<li>Educating nursing staff on the care of the hemodialysis patient, hemodialysis equipment, and hemodialysis standards of care.</li>
</ul>
Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Current RN licensures as required by state regulations.</li>
<li>CPR certification</li>
<li>ACLS within 1 year of hire</li>
<li>CRRN certification preferred (If you dont have it, we can help you to obtain it!)</li>
<li>6 months dialysis nursing experience required.</li>
<li>1 year of experience in inpatient hospital setting preferred.</li>
</ul>
