Lee Physician Group &amp; Golisano Childrens Hospital is seeking a full-time or part-time Fellowship trained, Board Certified/Board Eligible Pediatric Nephrologist to join our team. This opportunity involves both inpatient and outpatient nephrology services in Fort Myers and two outreach clinics. 
We provide acute and chronic kidney replacement therapy and follow up post kidney transplant patients. Inpatient services include consultations and offers all modalities of dialysis care. We are seeking a qualified physician who is looking to make a transition from hospitalist or primary care into the dynamic post-acute setting. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys setting their own schedule, takes full ownership of their work, is a team player, and is an excellent communicator and relationship builder. Most importantly, we are looking for someone truly passionate about the care they provide.
This established position will involve rounding in multiple large skilled nursing and assisting living facilities in Naple and Fort Myers.&nbsp; With the right personality and motivation, this role has the potential to continue to grow. An advanced care provider will be available to assist with follow-ups and discharges. The earning potential in this role is uncapped. Our team, comprised of experts in the post-acute industry, will provide comprehensive training to equip you for success in this role.
