The Main Line Technician schedules, motivates and assists technicians in the proper and timely repair of vehicles.
ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

What You’ll Do:
· Become a subject matter expert on our sales process, product knowledge, and our order entry platform during our paid comprehensive training program
· As a commissioned sales agent, you will offer, upsell, and cross-sell available products and services based on customer serviceability
· Manage numerous inbound calls in a timely manner from your dual-monitored workstation 
· Assist callers with product availability, pricing, and enrollment
· Qualify callers on our payment card industries (PCI) compliant production floor
· Comply with all ISG and partner policies

$17.00 Training Pay
To assist you with your ramp period, we provide you with a $17.00 minimum hourly guarantee for your 1st 8-weeks of employment. After training you will earn commissions, earning the higher of commissions or your minimum hourly guarantee, however, with our average agent earning $20 per hour, most agents out earn this prior to the completion of their 8-week ramp to performance period.
