JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking an experienced Welder to support our produce processing plant by fabricating, repairing, and maintaining equipment used in food production. This role focuses on TIG and MIG welding of stainless steel to ensure all plant equipment meets strict food safety and sanitation standards. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

We are seeking a highly skilled attorney with 5+ years of experience to join our private equity real estate and banking transactions practice. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in real estate and general corporate matters, demonstrated fluency in complex joint venture structures, and hands-on experience negotiating and editing operating agreements. You will manage deal execution from term sheet through closing, lead and participate in deal calls, coordinate multi-disciplinary workstreams, and serve as a direct point of contact for clients, counterparties, and lenders.
 Key Responsibilities You will be responsible for the full life cycle of private equity real estate and finance transactions. This includes structuring and documenting joint ventures, acquisitions, dispositions, and financings involving a range of asset classes, capital stacks, and ownership structures. You will draft, review, and negotiate core transaction documents, including letters of intent, purchase and sale agreements, joint venture agreements and operating agreements, loan documents, intercreditor and subordination agreements, pledge and collateral documents, subscription/credit facilities, and ancillary corporate instruments. Qualifications You possess a J.D. from an accredited law school and are in good standing with at least one U.S. state bar, with eligibility for admission in Florida. You bring a minimum of five years of relevant experience in private equity real estate, real estate finance, or banking transactions at a law firm and/or sophisticated in-house legal department. You demonstrate mastery of core real estate and corporate documentation, including operating agreements, joint venture agreements, purchase and sale agreements, loan agreements, guaranties, security instruments, and intercreditor agreements. You have proven ability to run transactions independently, manage multiple concurrent workstreams, and drive timely execution under tight deadlines. You are a strong negotiator with excellent drafting, issue-spotting, and judgment, and you communicate clearly and concisely with clients and counterparties. Familiarity with fund structures, REIT considerations, preferred equity, mezzanine financing, and complex waterfalls is strongly preferred. 
 
Preferred Experience Candidates with experience in large-scale portfolio transactions, development and construction financing, hotel or industrial assets, ground leases, co-GP and programmatic JV structures, and cross-border or tax-sensitive structures will be prioritized. Experience with subscription credit facilities, warehousing facilities, and NAV facilities is a plus. Comfort with project management tools, data rooms, and closing platforms, and proficiency with standard real estate diligence reports and surveys will be beneficial.

JOB SUMMARY
A Produce (Fresh Cut Vegetables) Production Line Worker is responsible for operating machinery and performing manual tasks involved in the processing and packaging of fresh, cut vegetables. This role requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and a commitment to food safety standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

POSITION SUMMARY
The position of Plant Manager for Pero Family Farms Food Company, LLC is located in Delray Beach, FL at our fully integrated facility. This is an all-encompassing position that is important to the continued success of the company. This position exhibits strong communication and leadership. Overseeing all aspects of the operations while working closely with Pero Family Farms Corporate Supply, Operations, Distribution, and Sales Teams.
Requirements:
JOB OVERVIEW
<ul>
<li>Oversee daily/weekly schedules and shifts.</li>
<li>Will be responsible for monitoring and controlling all costs associated with the Delray Beach, FL regional facility, including: the facility, equipment, production, supplies, and transportation.</li>
<li>Accountable for the general management of the Delray Beach, FL facility: Production, Quality Assurance, Inventory Control, Sanitation, Maintenance, Purchasing, and Supervision of employees.</li>
<li>Will work closely with the Food Safety Manager to ensure compliance with internal procedures and external third-party audits performed on a regular basis and to ensure all areas follow OSHA Guidelines and Primus Lab requirements.</li>
<li>Will ensure all Famous (Warehouse Management System) procedures are followed and documented.</li>
<li>Participate as a member of the company's product recall team.</li>
<li>Provide leadership and direction for facility personnel, such as: Motivation, Evaluation, Guidance, Employee Relations Issues, and Attendance.</li>
</ul>
 
HEALTH, SAFETY, AND QUALITY:

<li>Ensure that good housekeeping and organization are in place in the operational facility.</li>

MANUFACTURING:

<li>Develop, implement, enforce, and evaluate policies and procedures; follow SOPs for all manufacturing operations (receiving product, equipment utilization, production, inventory management, or shipping).</li>
<li>Meet or exceed labor budget KPI’s such as labor cost, per pound, bags per minute, etc.</li>
<li>Review and approve all operational invoices and ensure they are submitted for payment.</li>
<li>Serve as the primary point of contact when there are customer issues related to equipment quality, customer service, or accidents on-site.</li>
<li>Communicate customer issues with the operations team and devise ways of improving the customer experience, including resolving problems and complaints.</li>
<li>Minimize shrinkage of product and maximize yield</li>

WORKFORCE MANAGEMENT:

<li>Experience with ERP, WMS, and CMMS software, such as Famous and Redzone, is a plus.</li>
<li>Proven experience as a Plant Manager or in a similar leadership role.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control, and supply chain management.</li>
<li>Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.</li>
