Responsibilities
Under the direction of the Casino Marketing Manager, the incumbent is responsible for assisting the Player’s Club management staff in implementing, coordinating, and managing all Club programs in accordance with company directives.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Job Details
 This position will require a dynamic professional who is both strategic and hands-on, with a strong background in B2B marketing within the building materials, industrial construction, or related industries. You will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing strategies, conducting market analysis, and driving growth in our commercial and infrastructure markets. This role requires a high level of creativity, attention to detail, and project management skills. Responsibilities: 1. Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies and plans for our industrial and construction segments, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. 2. Conduct thorough market analysis to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape. 3. Develop integrated campaigns across multiple channels to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and achieve sales targets. 4. Utilize CRM systems, digital marketing platforms, and analytics tools to track and evaluate campaign performance and customer engagement. 5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product management, and R&amp;D, to develop and launch new products or services. 6. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, industry influencers, and internal stakeholders. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or Materials Science. 2. 6+ years of progressive B2B marketing experience. 3. 3+ years of experience in the building materials, construction, or chemicals industries. 4. Demonstrated experience in developing integrated marketing campaigns and conducting market analysis. 5. Proficiency in CRM systems, digital marketing platforms, and analytics tools. 6. Strong decision-making skills, with a focus on commercial and infrastructure markets. 7. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. 8. Comfortable leading both strategy and hands-on execution. 9. Willingness to travel up to 40- 50% (travel allowance). 10. Passionate about construction, infrastructure, and or industrial markets. B2B Marketing Manager - Industrial/Construction

Key Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Supervise crews and subcontractors during underground construction projects.</li>
<li>Coordinate daily activities, including planning hole paths and managing equipment logistics.</li>
<li>Operate or oversee operations, including mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.</li>
<li>Conduct pre-shift inspections and safety meetings; ensure compliance with all safety protocols and procedures.</li>
<li>Monitor performance, adjust parameters as needed, and troubleshoot equipment issues.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate records of progress, materials used, and crew activity.</li>
<li>Communicate regularly with project managers, engineers, and other trades to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines.</li>
<li>Ensure proper handling, storage, and disposal of materials.</li>
<li>Assist with training and mentoring personnel.</li>
<li>Enforce company policies, OSHA/MSHA regulations, and site-specific rules.</li>
</ul>
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>FL State CDL-A License</li>
<li>High school diploma or GED required; technical or trade school certification a plus.</li>
<li>5+ years of experience in underground construction, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or foreman role.</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of underground construction methods.</li>
<li>Experience with underground utility installation, tunneling, or mining preferred.</li>
<li>Proven leadership and communication skills.</li>
<li>Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and specifications.</li>
<li>Working knowledge of job safety analysis (JSA), hazard assessments, and related safety documentation.</li>
<li>Ability to work in physically demanding conditions, including confined spaces and varying weather.</li>
</ul>

Working Conditions:
<ul>
<li>Majority of work is performed on active construction sites.</li>
<li>May involve long hours, night shifts, and weekend work depending on project demands.</li>
<li>Must be able to work in underground environments, including confined or low-light areas.</li>
