Responsibilities
Basic Function – Assist in the day-to-day management of a location ensuring that valet operations are handled within contractual guidelines of the specific location, adhering to company policies and procedures, fostering good client relations and promoting a professional image and approach to the business.

<li>Ensure customers are receiving timely service. </li>
<li>Assist customers in and out of their vehicle.</li>
<li>Drive, park, and retrieve customer vehicles in a safe and professional manner.</li>
<li>Assist with hiring, training, and coaching an excellent valet team.</li>
<li>Create a staffing schedule according to the anticipated daily vehicle volume.</li>
<li>Maintain full compliance to the standard operating procedures, while ensuring the safety and security of vehicles and keys at all times.</li>
<li>Prepare and process daily paperwork according to audit compliance standards.</li>
<li>Ensure that drive lanes and crosswalks are clean of debris, water, oil spills, etc.</li>
<li>Create and implement a successful staging plan, utilizing all aspects of the locations layout to ensure maximum parking capacity.</li>
<li>Quickly distinguish vehicle make and models; have a general knowledge of vehicle operations. </li>
<li>Substitute for any position, if necessary.</li>
<li>Complete other duties as needed.</li>

Responsibilities
About the Role

During a visit that can last up to one hour, Matrix providers review and observe a member’s current health, medical history, medication adherence, social environment and other risks. This provides unmatched insight into a member’s overall health and well-being that can be difficult to capture during routine office visits. The Matrix Comprehensive Health Assessment (CHA) helps to improve quality of care and allows us to potentially close multiple care gaps with a single visit. Our providers: 
<ul>
<li>Conduct adult / geriatric assessments to include medical history, diagnosis and treatment, health education, physician referrals, case management referrals, follow-up and clear documentation according to Matrix guidelines and protocols</li>
<li>Administer and order point of care and lab-based testing as needed</li>
<li>Work with physicians, case managers, social workers, family members, key caregivers, and ancillary medical personnel as appropriate</li>
<li>Collaborate with Primary Care Physician (PCP) on patient education and follow up as necessary</li>
<li>Provide services via telehealth in fully remote environment</li>
</ul>

<li>Flexibility – Visits are scheduled based on YOUR availability. We conduct assessments Sunday – Saturday from 8 am – 7 pm. You can work during the day, evening, and/or weekend based on your schedule. </li>

Those completing a monthly average of 20 – 100 visits earn $1,300 – $6,500 per month. This is based on the per assessment completion rate range of $65.</li>

<li>1 year of NP experience, telehealth experience preferred</li>
<li>Strong computer skills and familiarity with employee health/medical record software enabling the ability to function technology independently</li>
