RAYUS Radiology is looking for an MRI Technologist&nbsp;to join our team. We are challenging the status quo by shining light on radiology and making it a critical first step in diagnosis and proper treatment. Come join us and shine brighter together! As an MRI Technologist, you will operate your assigned scanner(s) to produce images of the patient's body for diagnostic purposes. Taking a patient centered approach, you will provide MRI services within professional standards and with excellent customer service. Each patient comes to our centers looking for answers. You will guide patients through this sometimes difficult process by kindly talking them through the steps and answering their questions and concerns regarding exam procedures and process.This is a full-time position working 40 hours per week; shifts are Monday through Friday, 12:30pm - 9:00pm.&nbsp;
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
(90%) Patient MRI Imaging
<ul>
<li>Screens patient before exam for any precautions or contradictions pertaining to examination, using two patient identifiers to ensure correct patient and procedure</li>
<li> Explains and prepares patients for MRI procedures that will be performed, explaining the procedure, positioning patients so that the parts of the body can be appropriately</li>
<li>Performs routine and advanced MRI procedures on designated portions of the body for use by physicians in the diagnosing and treating of patient illness and/or injury with minimal amount of supervision or repeats scanned, while providing patient support by talking to patients throughout procedure</li>
<li> Adjusts MRI scan parameters correctly and as needed</li>
<li>Maintains positive attitude and working relationships with radiologist, referring customers and other associates and peers</li>
<li>Follows physicians' orders precisely and conforms to safety regulations to protect yourself, your patients, and coworkers</li>
<li>Accurately maintains patient records within Radiology Information System (RIS)</li>
<li>Maintains an orderly and clean work area promoting good safety habits for patients and co-workers</li>
<li>Maintains ACR toolkit and accreditation requirements</li>
<li> Maintains equipment in good working order; cleans and disinfects equipment after each use</li>

Job DescriptionJob Summary/Company: Our client, a growing company in the pet care/eCommerce space, is looking to add a dynamic HR Generalist to their team. This is a great opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys a mix of employee relations and recruiting responsibilities and is ready to step into a hybrid HR/TA role. In this position, you’ll spend approximately 50% of your time on core HR responsibilities and the other 50% supporting full-cycle recruitment across a variety of roles—including call center, warehouse, and corporate teams. This role requires someone who is comfortable supporting multi-state, remote, exempt, and non-exempt employees, and who can thrive in a fast-paced, people-first environment. Responsibilities: 
<ul>
<li>Serve as the first point of contact for employee relations issues and HR inquiries</li>
<li>
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment regulations
</li>
<li>
Support performance management, coaching, and employee development initiatives
</li>
<li>
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation
</li>
<li>
Provide HR guidance to supervisors and managers across departments
</li>
<li>
Partner with payroll and benefits teams as needed
</li>
<li>Own the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and managing offers</li>
<li>
Recruit for a mix of non-exempt (call center/warehouse) and exempt (corporate) roles
</li>
<li>
Collaborate with hiring managers on job postings, candidate experience, and hiring decisions
</li>
<li>
Coordinate onboarding to ensure a smooth and engaging start for new employees
</li>

 Qualifications/Background Profile:
<ul>
<li>
Experience in the pet industry or eCommerce (pet industry strongly preferred)
</li>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred</li>
<li>
3–5 years of HR experience, with exposure to both employee relations and recruiting
</li>
<li>
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
</li>
<li>
Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team
</li>
<li>
Previous experience recruiting for call center or warehouse roles
</li>
<li>
Solid knowledge of HR compliance and employee relations
</li>
<li>
Experience working with multi-state, remote, exempt, and non-exempt populations
</li>
<li>
Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a generalist/HRBP capacity
</li>
