2 years of experience in management/hospitality required; kava knowledge a plus, but willing to train the right individual.
 
Regional Manager Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Oversee the management and all locations.</li>
<li>Oversee operations of each location.</li>
<li>The ability to coordinate the growth of seven different locations.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Host weekly meetings for the management team.</li>
<li>Willing to help grow company structures and policies.</li>
</ul>
 
 
Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Must be tech-savvy.</li>
<li>Financial experience; forecasting, budgeting, P&amp;L analysis.</li>
<li>Hospitality experience is a must.</li>
<li>Experience hiring, interviewing, and training employees.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Experience with inventory management and ordering.</li>
<li>Experience with Toast POS and Restaurant 365 is a plus.</li>
<li>Strong decision-making skills.</li>
</ul>
 
Organizational
<ul>
<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills to connect effectively with customers, employees, executive leadership, event vendors, and hosts</li>
<li>Strong decision-making skills and the ability to effectively delegate responsibilities and maximize resources</li>
<li>Polished eye for detail and extreme attention to cleanliness and organization</li>
<li>Strong time-management skills; ability to multitask, prioritize, and organize&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
 
 
Availability
<ul>
<li>Willingness to work during peak hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays</li>
<li>Attend bi-weekly management meetings at Kava Culture HQ (Cape Coral)</li>
