<li>Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and deliverables.</li>
<li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams (billing, coding, IT, compliance) to ensure project milestones are met.</li>
<li>Monitor project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.</li>
<li>Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.</li>
<li>Provide regular project updates and status reports to internal and external stakeholders.</li>

Qualifications 
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field (preferred).</li>
<li>3-5+ years of experience in revenue cycle management, healthcare operations, or project management.</li>
<li>PMP certification or equivalent project management training and/or experience a plus.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of RCM processes, including billing, coding, and payer regulations.</li>
<li>Proven experience managing client accounts or customer relationships.</li>
<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li>
<li>Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, MS Project) and RCM platforms (e.g., Epic, Athenahealth, NextGen).</li>
<li>Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.</li>
</ul>

Education:
