POSITION: Plant Engineer, Shaft Line Team
LOCATION: Jupiter, FL. 
STATUS: Salary Exempt 
Job Summary:
The primary focus of the Plant Engineer will be to provide technical and commercial support to various functional groups within PSM and Hanwha on HRSG, Steam Turbine, Generator and Balance of Plant subject matter. Functions will include development and execution of bundled plant solutions to PSM’s global customer base, including plant performance assessments, hydrogen feasibility studies, and operations, maintenance, and outage support.
The Plant Engineer will join PSM’s Shaft Line team and play a key role in evaluating the effects of PSM gas turbine upgrades on the rest of the plant, spearhead PSM’s decarbonization efforts (transition to hydrogen fuel), and guide Shaft Line’s global strategy into the future.
Essential duties &amp; responsibilities
The essential functions of the job include the following:

Renaissance Recovery Florida is an Outpatient Facility located in Lantana, FL offering PHP/IOP levels of care, focusing on substance abuse as well as co-occurring psychiatric disorders. We provide gender specific and co-ed group therapy, individual therapy, and case management. We are currently seeking a motivated, passionate therapist to join our team, applicants should have a strong understanding of the 12-steps, family symptoms, psycho-dynamic approach to therapy, as well as knowledge of CBT and DBT skills. Applicants should also be familiar with documenting in an Electronic Medical Record. Clinical Supervision is provided if needed.
Job Duties &amp; Responsibilities:

<li>Provide individual counseling and facilitate educational and counseling groups assigned and promptly chart these activities in the client's records. (1-2 groups per week w/ a case load of 8-10)</li>
<li>Assess client's strengths, needs, abilities, and preferences; formulate a diagnostic impression based on current DSM criteria; perform biopsychosocial assessments; and in conjunction with the client develop a workable plan for treatment.</li>

We're looking for full-time Automotive Assistant and Service Managers to join Team Mavis at one of our state-of-the-art automotive service and retail tire sales centers in the Juno Beach, FL area. With over 2,000 retail locations, Mavis is one of the largest tire sales and automotive repair chains in the United States. 
About the Position of Assistant Manager
As a future leader of Mavis, the Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager to ensure each Mavis retail location operates efficiently, safely and effectively. Using fundamental leadership skills, Assistant Managers are responsible for enforcing established policies, procedures and standards, scheduling mechanics/technicians' work, managing outside orders, ensuring the quality and timely completion of jobs, meeting customer expectations, and the safety of team members
About the Position of Service Manager
The Service Manager is responsible for assisting customers with tire selections and recommending necessary under-car repair services. In addition, to ensure complete customer satisfaction by delivering timely completion of high-quality vehicle repair and maintenance, Service Managers must direct the workflow of Mechanics, Alignment Technicians and Tire Technicians and stage vehicle repair/maintenance work. While driving the sales initiatives of Mavis, Service Managers must communicate directly with customers, assess customer needs, provide information regarding requested and/or necessary automotive repairs and maintenance, ensure customers are satisfied with their in-store experience and strive to meet customer expectations.

Qualifications

To be eligible for the position of Automotive Assistant / Service Manager, you must (1) be at least 18 years of age; (2) be legally authorized to work in the United States; and (3) possess (i) 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive parts and/or tire sales, (ii) 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive repairs/maintenance, or (iii) any combination of education, training, and experience which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position.
