Job Summary: Full-Time Patient Coordinator at our Delray Beach Office. The Patient Coordinator executes all front office duties and provides support to patients, providers, and support staff. RESPONSIBILITIES
The Certified Personal Trainer will be responsible for providing one-on-one and couples personalized fitness instruction in person to clients at their home, apartment gym or outside while encouraging them to reach their fitness goals. Responsibilities are as follows:

<li>Customize client workout programs developed from the Initial Assessment</li>
<li>Utilize the Svetness Fitness App for all client sessions, including programming &amp; session notes</li>
<li>Demonstrate each exercise and ensure client is performing correctly with or without modifications</li>
<li>Conduct client Reassessments every 4-6 weeks</li>
<li>Maintain client session appointments through Svetness scheduling software</li>
<li>Able to provide a flexible schedule to accommodate client appointments</li>
<li>Able to commute to and from client sessions up to 45 minutes</li>

QUALIFICATIONS
<ul>
<li>Certified Personal Trainer: Accredited by NCCA, DEAC, or NBFE.</li>
<li>CPR/AED Certification: Ensure clients' safety with up-to-date CPR/AED training.</li>
<li>Education and experience: High school diploma or GED equivalent and 1-3 years of personal training experience.</li>
<li>Strong communication skills: Effectively communicate verbally, in writing, and technically.</li>
<li>Knowledgeable in nutrition: Possess a basic understanding of nutrition and healthy living practices.</li>
<li>Fitness expertise: Familiarity with a variety of exercise equipment and personal training methods.</li>
<li>Physical ability: Capable of lifting, pushing, pulling up to 50 lbs. and performing athletic calisthenics duties.</li>

In the role of a Physician you will provide concierge emergency medical care to Sollis Health patients in our clinics. This is a pivotal role as part of a growing organization providing seamless care to both adult and pediatric patients for cases that would usually be treated in a traditional emergency room or urgent care center. 
Per Diem- 7a-3p or 3p-11p - min 2 shifts/month
Responsibilities 
<ul>
<li>Perform medical evaluations and formulating a differential diagnosis and treatment plan for urgent and emergent care within the scope of emergency medicine. </li>
<li>Perform medical procedures that include but are not limited to obtaining IV access, phlebotomy, administering IV medications and IV fluids, and performing EKGs. </li>
<li>Lead the medical management of the patients in our clinics by working closely with a team of PAs, nurses, and technicians to discuss your assessment. </li>
<li>Assess and treat Covid-related cases which includes obtaining clinical samples to test for the virus, performing point of care testing , obtaining blood for antibody blood tests, providing general symptom management and recommendations. </li>
<li>Document your clinical evaluation and treatment in the electronic health record, Athena Health. </li>
<li>Work closely with the Medical Director and other clinical team members to ensure all policies are adhered to and that you deliver quality care in an innovative setting. </li>
<li>Coordinate additional care with our Virtual Care, and house calls teams or with one of our Medical Partners. </li>
<li>Provide a welcoming and supportive environment for patients and their families by addressing their questions with patience and professionalism. Use empathetic, patient-centered communication to foster trust and comfort throughout their care journey. </li>
<li>Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related operational projects as needed. </li>

Experience
We believe extraordinary people come from a variety of backgrounds, but ideally, we would expect that you have:

<li>Medical Degree from an Accredited Medical School. </li>
<li>Physician state license and ability to practice in Fl.</li>
<li>ABEM board certified or board eligible required. </li>
<li>2+ years experience as a physician in emergency departments and/or urgent care centers. </li>
<li>DEA license required. </li>
<li>Concierge, EMS/prehospital, experience a plus. </li>
<li>Excellent clinical care and patient satisfaction in the emergency department and urgent care settings. </li>
