About the Role:
The Accounting Manager will be responsible for managing the accuracy, reporting, and overseeing all facets of the Telespecialists accounting operations, including the monthly close cycle, financial reporting, internal control, and policy development. This position will also be responsible for accounts payable and accounts receivable department. 
 Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

<li>Establishes and maintains systems and controls that verify the integrity of all systems by GAAP auditing standards </li>
<li>Establish cost controls for companywide expenditures</li>

<li>Oversees the preparation of capital and expense budgets</li>
<li>Prepares monthly bank reconciliations </li>
<li>Reviews and reconcile all liability accounts. </li>

<li>Produces and monitors financial information for future development.</li>

Qualifications:

<li>Bachelor's degree in accounting field</li>

Experience candidate will possess:

<li>Education and experience: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field. A Master’s degree is preferred. 15 years of progressive industry experience in commercial construction, with a demonstrated track record of leading projects, managing teams, and overseeing all aspects of a company's construction operations.</li>
<li>Construction Background: Expert level of understanding of construction means and methods; knowledge of federal, state, and local building codes, ordinances and regulations; ability to negotiate and manage contractual arrangements; and fiscal management experience.</li>
<li>Eye for Details: Accuracy is critical for success in this role. Candidates must have superior organizational, communication (both written and verbal) and decision-making skills.</li>
<li>Tech-know-how: Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, experience with project management software(s), Bluebeam, scheduling software etc.</li>
<li>Leadership: Capacity to inspire and motivate others, manage team dynamics, and guide individuals toward achieving common goals.</li>
<li>Operations Acumen: Strong understanding of construction management operations, project delivery and field practices with the ability to align them to business objectives.</li>
<li>Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop long-term plans and align team efforts with organizational goals to drive success and growth.</li>
<li>Risk &amp; Safety Management: Strong grasp of risk mitigation practices and safety leadership in construction environments.</li>
