<li>Monitor client participation, attendance, and adherence to the daily treatment schedule</li>
<li>Assist with clinical documentation, including assessments and treatment planning, as appropriate</li>
<li>Facilitate weekly clinical groups and participate in recreational and weekend activities as needed</li>
<li>Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with company standards</li>
<li>Coordinate and assist with client transportation as needed</li>
<li>Assist clients with daily living essentials and ancillary financial accounts</li>
<li>Monitor and support agency drug screening processes under supervision</li>
<li>Uphold patient privacy and confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA and 42 CFR regulations</li>
<li>Report concerns about client privacy, safety, or quality of care to appropriate leadership without fear of retaliation</li>
<li>Support and enforce facility policies, procedures, and program expectations</li>
<li>Perform other duties as assigned</li>
</ul>
 
Pay: $45,000-55,000 year Schedule: Full-time M-F 8am-5pm Location: Delray Beach, FL 33445
