Key Responsibilities:

<li>Process 30–40 invoices daily, including purchase orders and 3-way matches.</li>
<li>Review and resolve discrepancies in vendor invoices.</li>
<li>Approve invoices and prepare summary reports for system uploads.</li>
<li>Serve as a backup auditor to ensure billing accuracy.</li>
<li>Communicate with carriers to resolve rate and billing issues.</li>
<li>Monitor carrier account statements to prevent overdue payments.</li>
<li>Respond to inquiries regarding invoice status and payment terms.</li>
<li>Audit data entries and maintain organized invoice files.</li>
</ul>
🧠What You Bring
<ul>
<li>1–3 years of experience in accounts payable or related field.</li>
<li>High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree a plus).</li>
<li>Proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables), Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.</li>
<li>Experience in processing 100+ invoices daily.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of three-way matching and AP concepts.</li>
