This role is central to the execution of high-end weddings, private celebrations, and special events. Key Responsibilities
Production &amp; Vendor Relations
<ul>
<li>Serve as the primary vendor contact for all assigned projects from planning through installation.</li>
<li>Maintain direct communication with venue partners to coordinate all production needs.</li>
<li>Source and manage vendors in alignment with the approved project scope, design plan, and budget.</li>
<li>Secure vendor contracts, obtain timely internal approvals, and ensure all contractual terms are met.</li>
<li>Communicate all logistical and project changes promptly to internal teams and external vendors.</li>
<li>Oversee timely vendor invoicing and ensure accuracy against proposal and contract terms.</li>
<li>Collaborate with internal departments to coordinate deliveries, load-in/load-out schedules, materials, and staffing.</li>
<li>Ensure vendor performance remains within budget constraints and aligned with approved production details.</li>

Project Management

<li>Spearhead event materials repurposing initiatives and manage sustainability-related logistics.</li>

Requirements

POSITION: Combustion Design Project Engineer LOCATION: Jupiter, FL STATUS: Salary-Exempt 
 
JOB SUMMARY 
The Project and Mechanical design position will lead and support development and implementation of combustor system upgrades. This position works with a variety of internal and external teams to drive engineering and technical project management activities relating to gas turbine combustion modifications, and upgrades. Candidate will be part of a multi-disciplinary design team working on Industrial Gas Turbine (IGT) combustion components and systems to meet performance and design criteria such as combustion stability, operability, emissions, pressure drop, life, and cost across multiple engine frames.
 
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The essential functions of the job include, but are not limited to, the following:

<li>Lead combustion system development projects, interfacing with other teams in the organization including Supply Chain, Gas Turbine (GT) Conversions, and Field Services.</li>
<li>Generate schedules, identify critical path activities, and align resources to ensure on time delivery of designs, manufactured parts, procurement of components and contractors, and on-site execution.</li>
<li>Setup and coordinate design and risk reviews per engineering design procedures, highlighting top project risks, assisting in the development of mitigation strategies and addressing all action items.</li>
<li>Support sales and tendering with project cost estimates and provide direction for site walkdown support during the bid phase. </li>
<li>Report project status and milestones to upper management.</li>
<li>Refine existing engineering procedures or develop new ones for continuous efficiency &amp; quality improvement as well as lower execution cost.</li>

<li>Utilize appropriate design/analysis tools, such as Creo, ANSYS, Microsoft Excel or similar</li>
